I am a Director of Photography (DP) based in the Lower East Side of New York City. As a one-man band, I aim to capture compelling video that tells a story. I am used to working dynamically to capture high-quality footage without the need for large production teams and budgets. I constantly work to capture the most compelling final Camera Image.
Additionally, I work as an editor and content manager, ensuring that projects are always captured with final delivery in mind. Shooting with a pre-planned post-production workflow helps me deliver projects quickly and ensure content meets all expectations.

Homecoming is a dynamic solo performance by Fanta Ballo performed at the TADA! Theater in Flatiron NYC. In it, she tells her life story and combines an overhead third-person narration with some of her renowned poetry pieces, taking the audience through her life story and the journey that made her who she is today.

A horror short film Directed by Dylan Gaines. I acted as one of the main camera operators using an Fx6 and Ronin 4D. Shot in the Hudson Valley of New York over 5 days.

A comedy short film Directed by Mekhi Lee. I acted as the Director of Photography and helped craft the visual style of story. Shot on Fx6.
Legends Showcase - Performances
Cinematographer/DP
Shot and edited all performance footage from the Legends Showcase Event at JPAC (Jamaica Performing Arts Center). The Legends Showcase is a next-level poetry showcase with the biggest names in the Spoken Word scene. including Grammy Nominated artists.
The Performance included is @ThisIsMikeO’s first poem from his set that started the night off.

Production Responsibilities include:
Record, edit, and distribute all performance videos and event recaps across social platforms and attendees (~20-30 videos a show)
Videos produced in vertical and horizontal formats to ensure compatibility with all platforms (1080p Reels and 4k YouTube Showcases)
The Rose Garden Events series is a Poetry Open-Mic designed to allow artists of NYC to express themselves. Jasmine Rosario, J Rose, the founder is a poetic influencer with over 12k followers. As DP and Video Producer, I capture and manage all performance videos and event reels. All audio and video content is organized. edited, and shared on WeTransfer by myself.
Videos posted on @TheRoseGardenEvents have amassed over 20k viewers.
